Is it possible to mark items as Tax Exempt within the POS or just within the Menu in the Admin Portal?

You cannot make specific items tax exempt while ordering in the POS app. However, you can use the ​No Tax option under ​Adjust​ when checking out a customer to make a whole ticket ​Tax Exempt​.
