Is there a Training Mode option? If so, how can you tell training mode is on?
● Yes, there is a training mode available. It can be turned on in the POS app on the desired iPad under Manager → General → Device options. Once it is turned on, it will say TRAINING User in front of the person’s name who is logged in at the top right.
○ The Enable Training Mode permission must be checked under Location Setup → Permissions for the Staff member to do this.
● In general while enabled, Payments are not processed and orders are not uploaded or synced to other devices.
