How can I change a logo in Heartland Restaurant?

  • ●  There are 4 customizable logos: one for the POS itself, one for Online Ordering, one for App Ordering, and one to print on Customer Receipts; and 2 customizable banners for Online Ordering and App Ordering
  • ●  To make changes to the logos or banners, simply navigate to the​ Location Setup​ Section in the ​Admin Portal ​and select the logo or banner square.
    • ○  POS logo​- ​Settings
    • ○  Online Ordering logo\banner​- ​Online Ordering​ → ​General Tab
    • ○  App Ordering logo\banner​- ​App Ordering​ → ​General Tab
    • ○  Customer Receipt logo​- ​Customer Receipt

■ ​Note: ​This image must be monochromatic.
● The ​Online Ordering​ and ​App Ordering logos\banners​ have ​color options​ that may be configured with them on

the respective configuration screens.

What are the recommendations for images\logos\banners I upload to Heartland

  • ●  JPEG​ is the recommended format
  • ●  72 dpi​ is the recommended resolution
