How to transfer a table to a different table?
- ● You would view the ticket in question and select Info in the Left Handed menu.
- ● Under Room/Owner tap on Room/Table. This will bring up a selection window to choose a new table.
Please note, if this option is greyed out then the staff member you are clocked in as does not have adequate permissions to do this action on their own tickets(In the Admin Portal the setting under Permissions → Modify Table must be checked to allow for this) or other individual’s tickets(In the Admin Portal under Job Type → Access to Other Users Tickets must be set to Edit also to allow this. This allows that job to edit other info as well).
