How to transfer a table to a different table?

  • ●  You would view the ticket in question and select Info in the ​Left Handed menu​.
  • ●  Under ​Room/Owner​ tap on ​Room/Table​. This will bring up a selection window to choose a new table.

Please note, if this option is ​greyed out​ then the ​staff member​ you are clocked in as does not have ​adequate permissions​ to do this action on their own tickets(In the Admin Portal the setting under ​Permissions​ →​ Modify Table​ must be checked to allow for this) or other individual’s tickets(In the Admin Portal under ​Job Type​ → Access to Other Users Tickets​ must be set to ​Edit​ also to allow this. This allows that job to edit other info as well).
